My guess is his relocation fee is spent more to help Spanos in San Diego, so they can have the 49ers in the bay area, Rams in the LA area, and Chargers in the San Diego area, covering all three major California markets. The Raiders will either relocate to St Louis, or somewhere else, or (best case for the NFL) Davis relinquishes the team to an owner with more money, and they get something done either there or somewhere else.

They don't worry about over saturating the LA market too quickly, don't worry about screwing over the Chargers, get the best stadium in the world and a west coast headquarters, plus a new draft location if they want, new scouting area if they want, overall a lot more flexibility. They get the money they want in the city, and most importantly they get more money back.

St Louis gets the short end of the stick, but there's always going to be a loser.

I remember little pressers right about when Stan announced the 60 acres, that he had been in discussion with them well before announced the purchase. Only read it once and never heard another peep about that specific.
Yeah BC, you could see their faces through the radio. That had to be a terrible blow as Bradshaw was so nonchalant about dropping that kind of bomb on them with such a matter of fact delivery as well. The no new team part must really sting for those guys,, at least those who aren't still in denial.

Every one will be happy in SD, Oak, LA, NFL and the owners will make more money and not seem as heartless if they only restore the Rams back to LA..
StL (Gov - not fans) kind of gets what they deserve. Nothing.

GF should have never taken them in the first place. The brand in LA got diminished and she broke the spirits of to cities fan bases.
If this move happens, I am so pulling for everyone else staying put and get this league back to normal.

Hall-of-Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw was on The Ryan Kelley Morning After Thursday. Bradshaw discussed several football topics, including his thoughts on the future of the Rams that may not sit well with St. Louisans.

We typed up the major talking points during the interview, which you can listen to below.

You were on the red carpet at the Emmys. Do you get starstruck around those people?

"I do not get star struck but I do want to meet them. There were several big stars that turned us down for interviews. I just thought, 'WOW look, she is wearing spanks.' I was watching people primp for their photos. It was a fascinating time. The people we talked to...some did not know what to make of Mike (Strahan) and I. It was fun. I enjoyed it. It is what they wanted us to do. Company man, you gotta do it. There was serious star power out there.

"Kevin Spacey originally turned us down, but came back. He was great. Liev Schreiber...the guy who played Ray Donovan, never cracked a smile. Sophia Vargera she was back and forth and I checked her out. The scream queen, Jamie Lee Curtis was excited to meet you but uncomfortable being interviewed. All of them were really sweet. We did like 15 interviews but only showed a few. They showed Amy Schumer, Jimmy Fallon, and Spacey."

The Rams are potentially on the move. Rams fans want to be excited about this season, but a lot of them can't because they dont think they will be in LA. What do you think?

"I am hearing they are 100 percent gone. The opening song of Let It Ride is 'Money Talks.' You would have to think that is where they are heading. I am hearing they are absolutely gone. If you brought that up with anyone in the organization they would deny it, which they should. But that is the word we are all getting. Stranger things have happened. I would not be surprised if they stayed, but who would be coming with them (to LA)? The Raiders? The Chargers? Their new stadium was voted down. More will be unfolding by Christmas. You are gonna have a concrete answer."

Do you think the NFL will do anything to appease St. Louis?

"No, they do not want to go past 32 teams. They are not ready for expansion. They will not do anything. I do not think you will get a team. All I have heard is the Rams are gone. Everyone wants a better stadium and more revenue. Money talks. That is what the NFL is all about."

Do you think it's just the NFL prefers an owner - like Stan Kroenke - would prefer a guy with liquid cash to build a stadium?

"Sure makes it easier with a guy with liquid cash that does not have to worry about bonds. They are in the works out (there in Inglewood). Everything is gutted. The parking lot and everything are gone. I want your listeners to know that anything is possible. I am telling you because you asked me. All five of us at Fox have heard they are gone. We knew last year, a couple of us, that they were leaving and just never said anything. Take it with a grain of salt. But you know I wouldn’t give up. If you lose them, I wouldn’t see you getting a new team for a long time. I think the Raiders are a west coast team and they would join in the Rams in LA. The Chargers draw from the LA area because they are so close together.

Don't you think it's unfair people say St. Louis isn't a football town when the Rams have been so bad for more than a decade?

"It is unfair that people say it's a baseball town. I am married to a girl from Missouri. The Cardinals are always good. (The Rams) have put together a good defense and just haven't put together an offense. It doesn't look like they are going to do it but we will see. Football is huge to any city. It kind of puts a shining light to every city. LA to me is not necessarily a football city but a college city. If the Rams should leave St. Louis and go back and well they are just leaving because of revenue and that is crazy. I get it but it doesn’t mean its right.

The how strong the NFL bylayws on relocation are:

"You got an owner that won't do any of those things and you wonder if they are going to leave. No one has challenged the league more then Al Davis and look at what he’s done. It has not been a league where they can go to court and substantiate themselves and win. Stan (Kroenke) is a guy that has unlimited resources. He would have to challenge the NFL. They are building a stadium. He could be building it for the Chargers and the Raiders. But if he is not talking to the governor (of Missouri) or the people, I think the common sense is they leave. Let it exhaust itself and get mad at him, not me. Stan flies over the Inglewood stadium every Friday.
