I am trusting Darby (my wife) to record the game when it comes on as I have work to do. Thus, will watch it "live" for me when I get home late Sunday afternoon.

Why can't they play the game at night in the UK? Like Monday night football. Would then be at a reasonable time in the US. I think London lifted their blackout in 1945 after the Battle of Britain was long over.

You can watch the game online @ atdhe.to. You have to wade through the pop-ups, but it's HD and once you get through it comes in good.
