Biggest takeaway I took for Sams article. But we already knew this.

The Coliseum could be a two-year home for either the Rams or the Chargers, but USC would probably object to bringing back the Raiders.

Inglewood is the only stadium that will be ready by 2018.

This is the part that has people in SD freaking:

The NFL shouldn't have much trouble striking a deal there, as the Chargers quietly got far down the road in negotiations with that venue last year.

Lol ya but what about this.

You know how the rumor is, the Rams were talking with Coliseum officials months ago? What if Sam wanted to redirect that rumor or message so that it if was the Chargers who were taking with the Coliseum? Sam Farmer is the best. This article is not his predictions, this article is what the league is telling Sam what is likely going to happen in the several months. I read the article 5-6 times and dissected it. It has some juicy things in it. The way Sam writes his stuff is very uneak. He masks things in a way so only the smart people could understand. He's the best.

If the league only signs a lease with the Coliseum — and doesn't secure one with StubHub Center, Dodger Stadium or Angels Stadium — that's not a guarantee that it's the Rams who will move. The league has spitballed various scenarios in which two teams move, but there's only one temporary stadium available in L.A. Those scenarios include the Raiders staying in Oakland for two more seasons while an L.A. stadium is built, or the Chargers staying in San Diego and possibly playing two games per season in London.

Ok but were would the Rams play? In STL? If the Chargers or Raiders play in LA? Seems like it's the Rams in LA the way Sams saying it.
Ok take this part. If the Rams relolcate first right, the Chargers and Raiders could still stay in there home town but threaten that hey you have until 2018 to get this done or else were moving to inglewood. Stan then would have his 2 years to himself and if SD can't get a deal then they'll move in with Stan. Just spitballing here.

That could mean the league goes to one or more of the owners and says, "Look, you're not going to have the required support to do this. It's best for everyone involved if you stand down, but we will help you in the following ways…"

The Rams and Chargers in LA and they help the Raiders? The Raiders only need 400 mill.

St. Louis and San Diego have put together serious proposals — although the Rams and Chargers aren't impressed. But Oakland is lagging in a big way, so much so that representatives from that city likely won't even be invited to New York for the meetings.

I thought the league didn't like SD proposal? Why wouldn't they like it? It's about 500 mill public dollars. The Chargers and Rams aren't impressed. The Rams don't care and the Chargers might want more. That's if they even want to stay in SD.

Don't forget the Chargers used the Stub Hub as their training camp for a few years and played pre-season games there. It wouldn't be too huge a step to see them play there again temporarily.

I've read that RG and Peecock are tight so what could be going on? Does StL already have a viable plan and pitched it? If so, why the cloak and dagger? I wonder if the league will/does consider StL's pitch a viable one?

I believe it's referring to when Demoff gave the StL stadium update at the last meeting. San Diego and Oakland haven't had that chance yet.

And it was stated that Oakland might not be invited.

I read the article several times, also.

It's filled with holes. Just feels like the NFL fed this stuff to Farmer to get the story out the way they wanted it.

Most of it is BS.
