Attaboy, Tre. Way to take a special gift and drop it into a port-o-potty.

Who wants to bet we draft a RB in the first 3 rounds?

Depends on if we trade up for a QB. If we trade back, I would guarantee you are right.

If the Rams feel compelled to take a running back because this idiot is pouting or just plain stupid, then it is a step back in filling the position holes that already exist. Plain and simple. The roster isn't deep enough at important positions to waste a high-mid round pick on a needless fill.

The prosecutor now has to request that the judge issue a warrant, and then the sheriff has to be willing to act upon that warrant. All Tre's lawyer has to do is contact the judge, and set a new court date. If the judge is a reasonable person, then they'll just reschedule.

You appear to have much insight in this area grasshopper. lol.. I hope it is as simple as that and that Tre has a darn good reason for missing his court date.. What was his appearance about again??

As long as he has a lawyer, he'll be fine. But I forget what the original matter was about in the first place. Doh :(

Let's hope he doesn't forget to call his attorney.

Looks like he didn't.

Rams RB Tre Mason wasn’t aware of court date, attorney argues
Los Angeles Rams running back Tre Mason missed his court date Monday because he didn’t know it had been scheduled, according to court documents filed by his attorney.

On Friday morning, H.T. Smith filed a motion in a Broward County (Fla.) court to quash the active arrest warrant for Mason, who had missed his Monday arraignment on misdemeanor traffic and drug charges. Smith had entered a plea of not guilty on Mason’s behalf Thursday, but the warrant remained active because Mason did not show up to court and had not been taken into custody.

According to Smith’s latest filing, Mason’s notice of arraignment had been mailed to an old address, leaving the 22-year-old unaware of his upcoming obligation. Court records show the notice had been mailed March 23, but returned to sender April 7 — four days before Mason’s scheduled arraignment.

Mason had been arrested March 5 in Hollywood, Fla., on misdemeanor charges that included reckless driving, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest. Police allege he drove his Porsche at more than twice the speed limit in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, and used a Taser on him twice in order to remove him from his vehicle.

The former Auburn star has run for 972 yards and five touchdowns in two seasons with the Rams.

At least, if true, this takes care of the entitled attitude theory I floated. Mason has a ton to prove. he is lucky the Rams don't have a lot of picks. but, an UDFA or two will probably be acquired to ramp up the competition behind Gurley. Better be ready Tre.
Or, if there is decent value, Mason could get traded. Probably won't get more than a 5th or 6th for him however.

If the notice was sent to the wrong addy, then this is a no-brainer, unless some judge is trying to make a name for himself. Bizarre that Florida even allows service-by-mail.
