Well.. the court ruling that made 50% +1 seems dubious, at best.

If it's 2/3? Nope.

Yup it's gnna be extremely hard to pass the vote. Hopefully it passes. LA doesn't want the Chargers.

The best they can hope for is the Supreme Court refuses to take the case thus upholding the Appeals Court ruling, and that could happen fairly soon.

If they hear the case, it will take much longer...

No idea. I don't know what the next step is... I just know that the people behind the Chargers plan aren't buying that the decision will stand and don't plan on being caught hoping for 50%.

Some seem to be, this is a hotel tax, right? Some seem to be, this helps us have ComicCon? Others are annoyed. It's hard to gauge the San Diego voter.
