And all of them including Ward have a better chance to fail than succeed. So why, if you weren't desperate for a QB, would you waste a high pick (1st, 2nd or 3rd) on one of them?

Here's hoping that desperation from 1 to 25 runs rampant again!!!

Also a potential Rams pick this has Sean Mcvay written all over it. Les Snead

Quinn Ewers Quarterback from Texas. You’re not hearing alot about him.

I like his height 6-3” 215 nice arm sneaky Mobile. With good coaching can be a good Quarterback.

What’s my comp Kirk Cousins a bigger stronger Brock Purdy maybe a Sam Darnold. Makes plays knows how to get the ball to receivers.

Some forgot we tried to move up for a tight end last year, but couldn't put the deal together. With all the QB's taken early we got lucky as hell for Jared to fall into our lap. I think Sean really wants to get us a true stud T/E. IF one of the top 3 falls at all, I think we'll move up.

We tried to move up for THE tight end. It may have been more about the player than the position. And the kid certainly justified that excitement in his rookie season. Does Warren or Loveland come close to exciting McVay like Bowers did? We will see if one is available when the Rams turn comes up or if they fall enough to trade up.

Going to agree with you on Hampton and Ewers. If they stay at 26 and Hampton drops - I doubt that happens “the Saquon Effect” - he would be a very intriguing pick. The reasoning being, Kyren has 2 years left on rookie deal, Corum is a Kyren clone. Hampton would be and elite lead back with Corum in the 2 hole on rookie deals for 3 and 4/5 years.

Ewers would probably be an immediate upgrade to Bennett with actual potential to develop into a top starter. Depends on the draft capital to get him. If the Rams trade down and can get a second or extra third, spending a third on Ewers wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Getting both is probably unlikely.

Rams supposedly tried to move up for Dalton Kincaid 2 years ago but even if it's true McVay really wanted a TE who could be more of a weapon, things constantly change. Maybe he still wants that maybe he doesn't.

I do think it's a real possibility though.

Ewers just has Ram written all over him.

High IQ mobile good arm. Accurate quick release can play in this system.

“6,3” played in a pro style offense for Sarkasian will be Mcvay ready.

Texas kid San Antonio can learn from a Texas guy Matthew Stafford.

So hes a guy thats on Les Snead Sean Mcvay radar. They like big school guys. Guys from big Universitys.

Another Ram this would be trade up Matthew Golden is the explosive guy the Rams go crazy over. He can do it all on the field.

Omarion Hampton is a trade up candidate. Explosive type home run hitter like Todd Gurley. I dont see Kyren Williams as a home run hitter and since Todd Gurley left the Rams have been lacking that home run hitter.

If Tmac falls the Rams can come up and get him. Same with Loveland and Warren. Those are some guys I think the Rams would be intrigued with.

Snead's stepson Tate is the long snapper for Texas.

I don't watch a lot of college football or have any scouting ability but from what little i've seen, not a big Ewers fan...

Not mobile enough, Rams next QB will 100% be quite mobile. Not a big fan Ewers fan overall. Rams will not be interested in him. Maybe Jaxon Dart but not in the first round.
