Personally I would not give up on Kupp. Another off season to train with no injuries and hopefully a bit more of a rotation of the WR group (less overall plays) and he is still an effective WR. I see the Rams drafting another WR and would love Kupp in that room.

Yes like Elvis mentioned he is 31, but I think he has another year in him. Hopefully something can be worked out.

And who is exactly trading for Kupp under his current deal? What type of cap hit are we looking at in a deal? The best course would be to restructure and keep him here as a No.3

I assume the Rams tried that and Kupp said no. He doesn’t want to take a pay cut. And he doesn’t want to be the #2, let alone the #3.

Rams will have to eat some of that contract, like this year’s roster bonus, before any team will give up anything for him. If a team really wants him, they can trade for him and eliminate competition. Or, wait for him to be released.

This shit sure turned sour quickly. I wonder what the behind the scenes story is??

Agreed. The Rams have no choice. Nobody will take on the full amount of the final two years of his current contract.

Just feels like to me that the Rams just dont think he can separate enough anymore. Just is overall play isnt to the level they want to maximize the offense. Time will tell if they are right. They will have 50 mill to spend.

I see a deal working out with a team that will redo his deal, if not Rams will cut him.

Just sucks on all levels. The ultimate professional the ultimate Ram. Putting up triple crown numbers. Looking like Jerry Rice playing like Jerry Rice. We don’t win the Super Bowl without him.

Jordan Winnington is the replacement Denarcus Robinson is the replacement. Maybe you sign Adam Thiellen.
