They have to be adding someone for camp. Can’t see going through camp with only 6. And, the loss of Skow on teams has to be accounted for as well. Whittington might have experience. I will research that. But he’s a rookie.

Forgot about Stoops and X Smith on the roster. They’re good for camp.

It's a real million dollars the Rams don't have to pay him now but as far as current cap number goes, we're talking about $100k, pretty much nothing. Cutting him does add $21k dead cap.

One thing i'm not clear on is AD might currently count towards the 90 man roster limit. If so, Rams were one over before cutting Skow.

Regardless, seems he does not figure in the Rams plans going forward...

Also, who's gonna be the special teams captain now?

As we all know, the Rams Special Teams weren’t very good last year.

Sean himself said that he had to provide more talent for his Special Teams Coach, that the schemes were sound, and this is an outcome.

Cruel business.

The trade is for pretty much nothing. I was gonna make a joke that this should get people to stop crying about the trade up for Fiske. But really this shows us Benny Skow wasn't in the Rams plans for 2024...
