Staley's been mentioned as a replacement for Fangio in Miami.

It's interesting, there's really no indication what McVay is thinking here. He's known this was a very real possibility for a while so i'm sure he knows what he wants to do.

He did not go in house when replacing Wade or Staley. With Staley, McVay wanted to go a different direction scheme wise. With Morris it was more about keeping the gist of what Staley had been doing.

So in house, out of house? Continuity? New scheme?

I don't even have a guess but i'm pretty sure McVay knows where he wants to go since this is hardly unexpected. In fact McVay and the rest of the organization have been doing their best to help Morris get a HC gig...
