Oh dear Lord not this again.

This will be with us for the foreseeable future. Not even a Superbowl Championship quelled it. The Rams could repeat this year, something not done since 2003-04 and it would still be with us. Hell if we had him this year, we wouldn't be in this fix!! He would probably help make Jackson, Evans and Obushi pro bowl level lineman. And we'd be favorites to threepeat! 10 years from now, if Brian Allen still has more Superbowl rings than Humphrey, it might disappear. But I wouldn't bet on it!!

Cooks over OBJ? Makes sense healthwise. But I thought Tutu was our B Cooks?? And OBJ was an all around awesome #2/#3. A matchup advantage chess piece??? I don’t think Cooks is that but maybe I am wrong. And if they are sniffing around Cooks maybe they know OBJ ain’t coming back??

Cooks is def a downfield threat. I dont think the Rams can count on OBJ at this point. I hope it happens but it appears to be a wild card.

Can we scratch KC off OBJ's list with this move? That would narrow his desirable destinations to the Rams (if they start winning more consistently), Buffalo, maybe Dallas, maybe the Chargers and who else? The Jets? Miami? Surely not the NYG2. I doubt Cincinnati with all their WRs. Baltimore? Didn't they just sign DJax? Minnesota? Seattle? He obviously wants to go to a winner and in the NFL that number is currently 13. Tampa and Green Bay, both 3-4 and Denver 2-5 are certainly not as attractive as they were on September 7th. And all three of them could easily lose this week!!

Well IMHO Brandin Cooks cannot be looked upon as performing the AR/McCutheon role of physical possession WR types with contested-ball skills, but if there is concern about our proven combat-tested in-house Speed Guy Van Jefferson's ability to return back into Los Ramos action in a timely manner.....

then that means Sean McVay was less than 100% forthcoming on the severity of a Ram player's injury!!

If we're being serious, Cooks was much more than just a deep threat when he was with the Rams, was no stranger to catching balls over the middle in traffic.

If the Rams don't trade for a WR, does it mean they're signing a healthy OBJ and Tutu is coming along great?
