His response to me was that the relocation fee would be from 1 to 2 billion dollars because the owners did not want a team in Los Angeles they just wanted to use it as leverage. His response to me was that the relocation fee would be from 1 to 2 billion dollars because the owners did not want a team in Los Angeles they just wanted to use it as leverage.
