I guess calling women "hoes" & "bitches", and glorifying drugs, profanity & violence is just art--separate from the men or their values. Fair enough. But what about Dr. Dre being a wife beater and Snoop Dogg, you know...killing/potentially murdering somebody? Gruden's admittedly filthy mouth got him canned quickly (maybe rightfully so). Then again, he was an employee of the NFL and I suppose Snoop and Dre are just hired hands for 15 minutes of screen time so their character is irrelevant......The league must have some rationale, right? My guess is no. Whatever dominant culture decides is permissible, the league embraces and whatever the culture rejects, they discard. The league doesn't actually have any values or standards. They have a great product though. 2 by RamDog 2 years 9 months ago Total posts: 215 Joined: Oct 23 2021 Atlanta Rookie SB Halftime Show POST #17 I work at a Gatorade filling plant.
