The only reason why STL put somewhat of a plan together is bc of Judge Frawley and the bond extension. So from the get go STL was ahead of SD and OAK. They had the money. The public had no say.

OAK and SD have to start fresh and they need a public vote.

Sure, STL could say we did more then the other 2 market but let me see them pass a public vote.

To say Peacock is so much smarter then the leaders in OAK and SD is funny. STL lost about 16mil and a team. SD and OAK really didn't lose a lot of money and it seems like they might keep their teams.

To wish for another city, any city, to suffer a natural disaster because you lost your football team that you as a citizenship barely attended at at 50% is deplorable.
