just got back from townhall meeting. I took lots of notes and will be posting extensive report tomorrow morning.

As you already know, there was no presentation, no Carmen Policy, no Fabriani, no question and answer period, and not much in the way of real nuts and bolts. Mainly a Rah! Rah! We want football for Carson. If you want a stadium in Carson, you have to feel let down.

I did have a conversation with Mayor Robles before the meeting started, and I was interviewed by Fox 11 News in LA, and KUSI of San Diego. (Maybe they'll air it maybe they won't) I met the Dean, and all the rest of the Ram guys with horns that were there. Was fun, but not much for info.

Seems to me if Radiers and Chargers were serious about building a stadium in Carson, they would have made sure to have someone from the team there. NO one from NFL there either. Mayor and City council looked foolish and embarrassed. Fred Rogan made fun of them. I can't wait to hear what he has to say about Carson's presentation fiasco.

That there were no speakers, I think, speaks volumes.

Now I'm not sorry I couldn't make it up there. I mentioned this elsewhere that it appears that no one got the memo so I'm assuming the memo was in all that missing correspondence between Carson and the Chargers form before the announcement.
This development can't give anyone hoping the Rams stay in StL the warm and fuzzies.

And ditto bubba, thanks for being the man with your ear on the ground in Carson. This is great news.

(PS go wash your ear in case any thing bubbled up. lol)

Good job thanks for the info.
