I think you were all jumping the gun a bit here unless I missed something. This could be the Rams doing especially following Kenny Young transaction. It could be they’re working towards freeing up money for a trade. Or they could have badly mishandled the cap and weren’t prepared for all the practice squad transitions. I don’t think we know at this time. Maybe never will.

Maybe the Rams could trade him to Pittsburg for a 5th rounder. Big Ben always needs receivers, and the Steelers Tomlin knows how to get the Primadonna's under control....A fifth a sixth and some money off the cap is a good thing to have right now...

We should save another 1.3mil in cap space and gain a low draft pick if someone trades for him. Should put us in the cap space at 6mil.

Agreed, cant be surprising as Djax hasnt played much after the game in which Djax and McVay talked. I'm a bit confused why McVay hasnt found more spots for him. We also lose another possibility at punt return. It really blows how this played out.
