I never liked Warner after he left. I'll always be grateful for the super bowl win, but to me that was Martz. Plus, he had Hall of fame WRs to throw to in STL and ARZ. I know this isn't a popular opinion, so I blame Max :lol2:

my only prob with warner is that i can't quite figure out if he's an identical twin or triplet - i mean the guy seems to be absolutely everywhere, he's had one helluva post nfl career in entertainment that's for sure...

hell the dude is even very active on twitter and has exchanges with fans, in fact i had an exchange with him in at the beginning of month - he did a spot on the bucs for nfl gameday and seemed to say that play-action was what made the bucs formidable last season - i told him that the bucs were one of the teams that ran play-action the least last year, and he said that he meant in the playoffs...

I'm not gonna take anything away from Warner the player. Great player, no doubt in my mind.

But he's not a Ram anymore. He doesn't consider himself a Ram anymore. He's said as much. Plain and simple.

I'm just not the type of guy who carries a torch for an ex.

My guys are Merlin and Deacon, Jack, ED, Jackie, and Ike. REAL RAMS.

Dickerson quit on his own teammates. Plain and simple.

I'll take Kurt Warner over a guy like that any day.

No but I expect thoughtful analysis. I have no issue with him or anybody picking the Bucs over the Rams last week. The Bucs hype was real and the Rams were underdogs. All I mentioned was that it will interesting to see who he picks this week based on his history with both teams. Will he let his head or his heart make his choice? His heart will pick AZ everytime but his head should be looking at this game objectively.

Its always hard for a fanbase to lose one of the icons of the franchise, especially to a division rival. I'm sure more than a few of us have Warner Jerseys hanging in our closet and its tough when he has said he identifies more as a Cardinal than a Ram. There are a lot of bitter fans that considers him persona non grata. He rubs some fans the wrong way. I personally could care less but what else are we going to talk about this week with the Cards coming to town :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

I barely think about or judge players that way. It's business for them and the team a like. They all want and deserve to get paid. I got no problem with that...

Some fans see and hear what they want to see and hear. Some fans want to be rubbed the wrong way. I have never seen or heard anything anti-Ram from Kurt Warner, and I've seen and heard him plenty on Phoenix radio & TV over the years.

But KW doesn't need me to defend him to Rams fans. I just think it's stupid.

Heres a question for you.

Do you consider KW a Ram? I know he doesn't, but do you?

That's all? I was afraid he had run over your dog or something like that.
