I'm not sold - downright negative to be honest - on Stan (hey, there's an improvement, I didn't write "E. Stash") being a great fan of Ram football or even NFL football in general. I understand the argument that this little detail should not matter, its none of my business, etc. I am confident he can and will build a legendary facility that will serve we fans well for decades to come. That's a huge step forward.

I don't live in Missouri, but he'll just have to "Show Me" he likes My Team by finally putting the best 22 on the field. As well as honoring the great history and important legacy of Los Angeles Ram football that has not been properly honored since 1995 (or a few years earlier if you want to get pissy about it). So for now my arms are wide open for this owner and my team coming home and I will moratorium myself on the other stuff. Tip of the cap to ESK. Viva Los Ramos.

Kroenke may not be a historian or fan of the history of the Rams but one thing can't be denied. He's the only owner in their history to truly give them a home.

Not only that, he's made them relevant.

Considering what he took control of in 2010, I think he's made some incredible improvements.

That's what I always come back to. City bias/sympathy aside, what's best for the Rams? Being the lead dog in LA with a truly unique home venue on the way seems SO much better than what they would possibly have in St. Louis.

Kroenke brought the Rams to L.A.

He'll be one of the greatest Rams owners of all time, just for doing that...

It hasn't reallyyyy hit me yet.

I was teary eyed yesterday but until training camp or kick off I won't feel the full effect of them being in LA. It sounds weird I know.

Yeah, its going to seem like forever for camp to get here. I can't wait to see the player's excitement over playing in the best sports city in the land.

Mok & Elvis: And that's why he gets my thanks and my patience. He brought the Rams back home. Big leash, but not a permanent one.

He gets my thanks but not my patience. There's still that little matter of holding onto a head coach from the stone age.

I'm going to judge him fresh from this point on, pretty sure the last few years were all about getting to L.A.

Not that i think Stan Kroenke has any great ability to build champions but my clock is starting now...

I think Stan is capable of hiring great people, and giving them a salary that attracts them.

That sort of implies that they were undermining the product on the field in some way thought, doesn't it? Which I really don't think is the case.

I'm by no means a Jeff Fisher fan but at this particular point in time, I'm giving all of them a chance to hire a REAL OC. If they do that, then I won't mind at all if they keep Fisher. No more nepotism and neophytes though. This team just needs a middling offense to be a winner so there's no reason not to go out and get a guy like Norv Turner or Chan Gailey or someone of that ilk. Just put a freakin' NFL caliber offense on the field, dammit.

I wouldn't say they were undermining the product but normally you take a hard look at your coaching staff after 3, let alone 4, losing seasons. But with Kroenke and Demoff all about L.A., that simply wasn't gonna happen.

Now, i imagine, it will...
