Just took a stroll around RRF and wasn't surprised to see all the posters that annoyed me back when I posted there all jumping ship. It's understandable in a way but I just never could get past so-called "Real Rams Fans" who were so obviously only St. Louis fans. Couldn't care less about the Rams.

I suffered through many a heated argument and basically had to leave the site because of the animosity. Now, the "real" fans might just make that a site worth visiting.

I'm truly sorry for the fans from St. Louis who are actually Rams fans but from my POV, there really aren't that many of them. Sorry too, that the vocal minority gave me such a bad impression of those who don't deserve it.

The only time along the way I wavered was when GF traded Dickerson away. That was a heart breaker, I don't and never have lived in LA so the move to St Louis was less personal to me. It wasn't until a few years after the move that I was financially able to travel to games and made an almost yearly trip back to St Louis for games. I can't wait for games in LA I've already told my boss one of my weeks of vacation will be split up among Mondays so that I can travel to games and fly back on Monday :D

Greatest freakin game I ever attended.

I dropped the mother load: $180 per tix to go. Me and my best buddy attended. I was 16, just had gotten my drivers license, and I think he was 15. We were both die hard LA Rams fans at the time. I should call the guy, he lives in the Berkeley Hills now... don't think I've spoken to him in 15yrs.

I know that game was in the Rose Bowl, but you should try to go to the LA Coliseum on Opening Day

I've been an addicted Rams fan since 1966. It's still sinking in. What a beautiful feeling. Pure euphoria.

So many great memories and stories to tell, mental images of magical games and players and coaches, many who are no longer with us, many thankfully who still are, still keep gentle on my mind.

The Los Angeles Rams, I keep saying it over and over, and it feels amazing.

At many times you got disrespected, completely dismissed and heck even banned... Always thought you handled it with class and grace. Some of the St Louis guys would poke and prod and I never could understand how you kept cool. But you did. So cheers on the return of the team men (and women)

well more than a few are getting their pound of flesh at the pd right about now, ha ha....

I thought i might wanna talk a little smack when this day finally came.

But now that it's here, not really in a smack talking mood...

I feel the same Steve. I thought I'd be all over the other boards, but I haven't even taken a look over there, it just doesn't matter now.

Got to give you applauds Hack, you really kept it civil over at the other board. Hopefully some of those guys will stay with the team as we all did for these years. Rock on Rams!!!

Same here, I've actually laid low and avoided the threads about relocation. I was vocal about it on several sites and just wanna lay low and let people deal with the loss. Even those from St. Louis that were most vocal and didn't deal and reality.

Some really great Rams fans on that site. The Rams got so bad that the only attraction became the political threads on the site, it was clear that if someone had a differing opinion then they would get banned. So many folks either left because of it or faded away when the Mods there blocked the 1st amendment and the political threads. I felt many people were kicked off the board just in spite of their beliefs. That's my opinion and I hope some of those guys can find the strength in their hearts and remain Rams fans. I don't understand the hatred for Kroenke, especially since he's putting the team in the best position to start winning again.
