St. Louis was legally bound to a top tier stadium in order for the Rams to move there. They never supplied it, an arbitrator agreed to what would make it so, they refused and now they want Stan to invest 500-700 million in a stadium that isn't the top tier.
And of course the decision is being voted on by virtue of a popularity contest.
It's really crazy to see how billionaires run a league so in effectively, and how successful it is in spite of itself
