There is a growing sentiment among all three committees that a St. Louis taskforce's proposal for a $1 billion riverfront stadium to keep the Rams in place is not viable.

This caught my eye. I thought there would be some fighting for St. Louis. It looks like Stan made his argument and it's a good one.

If StL is NOT viable, then they HAVE to vote to approve our move. What are their options?

How can Carson guarantee an opening date? Spoiler alert: they can't without finite stadium design plans or land remediation complete, neither of which they have.

Just what are all the StL media going to say tomorrow?

They can't just throw all of this back onto Stan now? The NFL committees are now exposing the StL proposal. Fans in StL are going to be pissed, and they should be... but not at Stan, they should be pissed at their own leadership and media for selling everyone a bill of goods.

His theory(Roggins) is that if Pro Dean Stanos Forces are prevailing, then the ST Louis plan will be considered viable..If the NFL is trending toward Kroenke and Inglewood, it will be leaked/reported that the St Louis plan isn't viable.......According to Roggins, this would mean will tell Kroenke and Spanos to work things out

The biggest question is the guaranteed opening date in terms of Carson, due to the extra steps they need. However Inglewood said 2019 as well, so that might make things more even.

2019 for Inglewood was probably a conservative estimate, but even if Inglewood won't be done until 2019, Carson wouldn't be completed until 2020 or later. There's no way that Carson would be able to be completed the same year as the Inglewood stadium.

They will play the victim..They will say the NFL is not ethical and doesn't follow its own guidelines.....standard whining

I'm a little worried one of the requirements would be to support the outcome whatever it is, that would take away SK's trump card...
