unfortunately, and incredibly, that's not a rarity... the 2011 rams tossed just 9 tds, the 2009 rams 11 (which included 1 by the kicker, so just 10 by the qb(s)), and the 2008 rams 11... the rams simply haven't been able to pass the ball, or score offensive points, going on 10 years now, the ineptitude it's mind boggling...

This problem spans 2 defensive minds HC's and an offensive geared HC in Scott Linehan, who has gone one to be a fairly decent OC at other franchises. What gives?

The Rams haven't had a halfway decent QB since Marc Bulger. That doesn't help.
