Raiders just hired their coach so I don't see why they'd fire him already, regardless of location issues. Rams have a coach with 4 losing seasons in a row and the Chargers look as bad as I can remember them ever looking. Hard to justify either of those teams standing pat.

I think McCoy is a good coach and truly believe they are affected by the relocation issue
Raiders had their best season in years.
Rams had a typical Fisher year and he stays. I cant figure it out

I don't know a lot about McCoy. Seems like he might be a better coordinator than HC though. He took over a mediocre-ish team and hasn't really changed anything. His forte is offense and that unit has really gotten bad comparatively speaking.
