After the Rams move to LA, I'll enjoy reading and listening to the people and media in STL bitch and complain for 2 or 3 weeks. Then, I won't listen to or read from any of them again.

No doubt. It will be nice to get decent coverage on the Rams for a change. Bernie has been the worst. J. Thomas is OK but even he gets fired up when he's been scooped by someone else.

Again, Sam Farmer or anybody else will be refreshing.

I will enjoy the Bernie spin for a few days and maybe a Shane G article about leverage will be worth a read.

I agree spanos and davis do not want their teams or names associated with the ownership of that property and there is a reason for that, lawsuits down the from sick people.

That's a fascinating point that I never considered, namely, that the Charaiders could expose themselves to liability by using the Carson site. Wow, the sham is just so proposterous.

Of some sorts, sounds just like the St Louis "proposal".

Here's the San Diego proposal. I might be a bit biased but I think it's better than the St. Louis proposal without the fake extra $100 million.

That SD stadium looks pretty badass. If Spanos doesn't want that, he really wants a piece of LA. I wouldn't mind the Rams playing in that in SD if STL was the only other option.

Sorry, but can't seem to read the small print. Where is SD planning to locate the proposed stadium?

Sorry that wasn't exactly the way I wanted to post the link. In the top right corner there is a full page icon that should open in a new tab.

Interesting read. I like the way they project the San Diego market compared to other NFL cities. That and the fact that the Chargers stopped negotiating when everything was in place for a vote in January.
