That's probably what's happening. But the key is Stan has the votes to block Carson. So no LA? The league wants LA so if that's the case then the owners only have onc choice and that's to make both of them work it out or else no ones happy, even Dean bc he might not even get a stadium in SD so everyone loses. They'll figure it out.

This whole process has been so dumb. I can't wait until all this is over with. Dean Spanos is a tool. If he moves the Chargers out of SD he is going to ruin that organization for the next 10 plus years. LA IS'NT his market. If he moves with the Raiders the Chargers will eventually be second fiddle to the Raiders. LA has a lot of Raiders Fans a very few Chargers fans, HOW COME I CAN SEE THIS AND IDIOT DEAN SPANOS CAN'T, HOW STUPID COULD HE BE. The Chargers need to stay in San Diego, The Raiders need to stay in Oakland, The Rams need to get out of St. Louis. Today - Dec 18th, 2015 - a date which will live in infamy —the good people of St. Louis suddenly and deliberately and successfully defended an attack by Stan Kroenke and the evil forces of the Empire of the NFL.

Happy Victory over LA day.

Stan will not be awarded LA and not cooperating with this deal will have him squarely in the hot seat as an owner and not in the favor of his billionaire fraternity.

The ball is now out of St. Louis and in the court of Stan and the NFL. Many doubted we would get this far, and here we are. No team has ever relocated after this crucial step had been accomplished.

Of course they are not going to turn their backs on STL's efforts due to the guarantee of $400 million in financing, with a sweetheart lease that is almost annual free rent

I'm hoping at the very least it keeps the Rams from ever taking a snap in LA.

The Rams will never play in a stadium in Inglewood. That much is almost for sure.

I really hoped it'd die today, but it will be interesting watching these guys get it as the next couple of weeks unfolds. It is amusing to see their civic pride swell for doing something no other city has done, but forgetting the part about not touching all the basses.

To be fair, most of these guys are just morons. Literally, I think their IQs are sub 80. Deductive reasoning is beyond them. Why I left months ago. Will be fun watching them get crushed.

He get's that they are screwed and makes that point clear, but he fails to see the methodology flaws and is feeling very dissed as a St Louisan. McGraw really thinks Peacock is all that and can't believe Goodell could find something wrong with their proposal,, yet he championed the circumvention of government as a good thing. (I guess he must also mean the public voice)

He did however show great conviction that the Rams are gone so get used to it.

This was designed to block and test precedent. It will possibly sway some votes. But not so sure a few votes will matter anyway.
