And, all you guys can laugh...but I also find him kinda attractive. :-) My guy jokes me about it all the time.

But, seriously: hand over the offense and admit when you are wrong and stop making us lose.

No joke: My wife loves him for some reason. Though, not quite in the same way you mentioned.

Has nothing to do with him as a person, because she's not a sports fan and I doubt she's ever even heard him speak. She said he just has a look to him like a "fun dad or uncle" and every time he gets excited on the sidelines or whatever she just wants to hug him. Granted, she's also only 25.

But yeah, women seem to love them some Jeff Fisher. Must be the 'stache! ;)

Ha. It's true.

When they "cancelled" the third Oxnard day of practice and moved it to the high school, we got to see Fisher up close. Were any of you the ones I met there? At the end of practice, Fisher puts his hand up and motions over Quinn to come over to us on the side of the high school football field.

It was so sweet of him. Quinn, Cook, others came right over and since there was only, what 30? of us - they were up close. Fisher signed some things, and talked to everyone.

He is just a sweet, likable guy. Yes, your wife is correct - in that way too. The funny thing to me: my guy jokes at me because I am attracted to Fisher, but he has the same kinda personality and presence himself. Though at this point, I think my guy would be a better OC. :D

I don't think it has yet.

He may get a one year extension at most, but I expect this is a prove it year for him.

He has got to be feeling the heat to produce a winning team after 5 years. If he doesn't Kroenke has to make a change. You'd think the atmosphere in LA won't tolerate the product Fisher has put on the field the last 4 years.

You can hear the Grays of the reust belt world start spouting ' see ESK decides to win now after they move,, proof again that tanking was part of their plan to move all along'.
I like Fisher. but he has to allow the offense to take off and needs to get a QB who has the ability to make that happen.

This year I believe Fisher has to throw a hail mary of his own.

Better get this offense to at least the middle of the NFL stats sheet.

I agree. I believe he has to, but I'm not sure he has it in him to do it, or even if he tries I don't know if he has what it takes to complete it.

IMO, there are only 2 question marks left with the Rams now that they are back home:
1. Can Fisher produce a winner this year.
2. Can Snead/Fisher acquire a quality QB.

Everything else is secondary.

I think they're going to get themselves a better QB, and perhaps even reach for a WR in free agency. But I'm not convinced they'll be able to do enough to create a playoff caliber team. On the other hand, we may see them produce their first winning record - say 9-7.

The question will be, will that be enough for Stan to renew their contracts? i don't think we'll know until the end of this season.

Allow me to add a third. Which I would put ahead of the first 2.

IMPROVE THE OFFENSIVE LINE.
- Get a Left Tackle and move GR inside where he belongs
- Get a Center
