Franchise JJ and work on a deal with Tru.
Once they sign Tru they could try to get JJ to sign a long term deal
Sad reality is here folks, this waiting around for Fisher to build an offense is a pipe dream. We're going to have this discussion year after year about which guy to keep on the defensive side of the ball. Can only keep so many. Which ones do we keep?
And meanwhile, unlike Seattle, New England, Pittsburgh etc where they've had to let some guys go, their offense can carry the freight.
Ours cant

I don't know if the allure of our team is going to entice these guys to take a pay cut. With the staff under heat, and a possible relocation, some may feel it's time to move on. LA would create some incentives but I believe Snead has his hands full this off season with all our FA's and holes at key positions.
We may have seen the last of guys like Long....

Don't think we'll have to go cheap. We have a ton of cap space and ways to create more.

I know JJ welcomes the LA move. Might get him for less if we move.
