I don't know what to think. We score 40 points in a game and lose. We come back the next week, score 29 and lose again. We hold our opponent to 20 points the following week, and lost again.

Matt Ryan is a far better quarterback than Jameis Winston who put up 48 offensive points on us. He could easily hang 40 on us if the defense is sloppy again. Meanwhile, Jared Goff throws for 78 yards and no TD's his last game. The offense was thoroughly dominated after the first drive. I know SF's defense is much improved but holding us to 7 points? None after the opening drive? Our offense had as much to do with that as their defense.

To me its impossible to pick a score without bias. If I want to be a homer I would say Rams 34 Falcons 24. But part of me is skeptical our offense is on the way to bouncing back. And I have no idea which version of the defense will show up. Especially with the injuries.

We were supposed to go to Atlanta for this game but are calling the trip off as half our family is sick with 101+ degree fevers.

Thanks. This will be the first year I will not road trip for a Rams game in a long while. 2006
might have been the last time I didn't go to a Rams road game.

Even had to buy a new jersey (Goff) for my oldest kid since he'd grown out of his last one (Gurley). Plus I was looking forward to get inside the Falcons stadium.
