No. But, I do think - and he ma have this already - he needs, let’s call it an adjustment coach. Usually, you break down your play calls and the defense deployed after the game when you break down the fame film. You can do it in-game but have to be really dialed into play design similar plays. Defensive tendencies. Etc. and they have all those stats available. It just gets really tricky in real time.

But an assistant he can bounce idea's off of and get a little feedback from on the sideline couldn't hurt. Do we even have an OC now or is McVay HC/OC. Wasn't LaFleur our OC? I know McVay has called the plays since he got the job, but maybe LaFleur was a great sounding board and 2nd opinion as OC?

Zen, you make a strong point in that his past O assistant coaches are now gone. Maybe part of the issue is his not having the brain trust that he's had in the two prior years.
My bet is that Sean will figure out a much better way to attack these D adjustments and away we'll go!
