Getting the calculator out it appears it is not included in the 1.01 billion.

Strange though they negotiated that for the owner.

And it doesn't change the fact the owner still has to come up with 250 mil to get the project started. The 158 mil becomes risk.

You had me worried SWA, you can't cure stupid.

With this deal CVA gets out of the 700mil arbitrators ruled they upgrade the dome with, and Kroenke has to come up with over 700 mil, ( the G-4 is a loan to the owner, he has to pay it back).

Does this look like Stan getting screwed? Looks like it to me. And a 33 year lease? Plenty of time to screw Stan again on improvements.
