At first glance, I thought how do you know it is not support for "St. Louis" Rams on that banner.
Then I saw the small print..."Los Angeles"...very cool. Either that or it says "Made in China"

I'm a born and raised Yankee fan, so I have no favorite between the LA and STL baseball teams. But, it clear to this unbiased observer that the Cards are the superior organization and team. The Cards ARE St. Louis sports. They are the Packers of baseball. And that's a big part of the reason that the people in StL won't fuss all that much if/when the Rams announce that they are leaving. Baseball teams have left Wisconson, no big deal. Can you imagine the baseball Cardinals leaving StL? It would be like the Packers leaving Wisconsin.

My condolences on being a Yankee fan...However, the reason I believe that baseball reigns supreme in the Gateway City is because of all the success and history similar to the Yankees in the Bronx. The football Cardinals never hosted a home playoff game and the Rams gave them a taste of success and the fans were amazing, however, the Rams lately have challenged even the most dedicated of fans like all of us of late.

In the end I never had any issue with St. Louis and the Gateway City, but I want what is best for my franchise and in my opinion that is the City of Champions project in Inglewood. Now the Riverfront Stadium would be major improvement over that purgatory they call a stadium, but the Rams coming back to Los Angeles with a palatial venue that Stan wants to build and going back to the old colors and uniforms will propel this franchise and IMO winning will be the order of the day!

Just goes to show how important market size is: Dodgers are #1 in attendance, Cardinals #2...

The first time I saw a Rams helmet as a kid was playing football in grammar school in NY. Another kid was wearing one. I though it was the coolest helmet out there. And then with the Rams being in LA, there was a magic about them with the whole Hollywood connection. By the time George Allen got there I was totally hooked. My favorite game of all time (not including the SB win), was the Packers game in 1967 in LA.

Great Max, New York Residents make the best L.A. Ram fans....Too young to recall most of the Allen days (Born in 66) however, my first recollection was 1973 against the Dallas Cowboys loved that game and the helmets & uniforms!

Rookie

We have help on the way from our rookies & in my mind anyway Corey Seager (#1Dodger prospect at ss) is closer than a September call-up, Jimmy Rollins forgot to bring his bat with him when he came over from the Phillies & Seager is tearing up AAA at the moment, just as he did AA which got him promoted to AAA...He's a big ss, sorta like Tulowitski of the Rockies, there's also the Cuban 3rd baseman (name escapes me) that's supposedly Major League ready & could be promoted at any time now according to Dodgers.com...Our starting pitching is in need of a shot in the arm & certainly the bullpen too, what everyone thought was a strength (pitching) has turned into a liability with all the injuries, after Kershaw & Grienke the cupboards pretty bare, thankfully Kenley Jansen is finally healthy...As someone mentioned the Giants & Cards are our kryptonite, they just have our number as the 3 straight shutouts by the Giants proved & this almost 4 game sweep at home by the Cards just concluded, 3 wins 1 loss...
