It just has top priority which goes without saying as he is worth close to 8 billion now and LA will cost him almost 2 billion so he is looking at 25% of his whole life's work being used. So this is a big deal for him as this will be a monument of sorts to his life work of developing and also his newer found love of acquiring sports teams. He will marry the 2 greatest endeavors of his life in one grand way. Which more than likely this will be his last development on such a grand scale. So this will be his monument his Taj Mahal, his shrine for his 2 greatest business passions. This shrine will cost him a quarter of what it has taken him a lifetime to accomplish and acquire. Where as a coach cost him what 4 million a year barely any kind of percentage. So once all the dust is settled and NFL ruling is done I think we will find he will focus on his coach.
