What's the worst case scenario for both owners?

Because I think either one of them are the least likely to happen.

It appears that for Stan the worst case scenario is getting shut out of LA.

It also appears that for Spanos the worst case scenario is getting stuck in San Diego with no new stadium deal.

Worst case for Dean is his Daddy shakes off his dementia, then in his best Jacky Gleason voice says.....There is no way, no way you come from my loins and when I get home I'm gonna smack your mama. He then exercises his right as majority holder to fire his idiot son and take control and keep the Chargers in San Diego.

For Kroenke he truly has no bad outcome as anything that happens will just be a roadblock he has the cash on the barrel head to pave a detour around. His plans are 2 fold get out of STL and get LA. If he is unable to get two of his plans he will ensure he does at least get one.

I read through the first page of that report posted on Twitter and it doesn't jive with what we've been told already about the stadium plans. Also found it funny how they say at one point the structure shouldn't be more than 40 feet above ground. Lol guess they are pushing it if hey build a two story house near there. Doesn't that mean the Forum is screwed also?

The FAA report says anything over 175 feet would be a problem. It's almost like Stan and his developers knew this as they said the stadium would be 175 feet above ground.

For those who think Stan is hated by the owners. Perhaps he's done something since but I betcha he hasn't done anything other than to get shafted by StL and offer a dream come true scenario in LA for the Rams.
After reading these quotes what comes to mind is, the media writes what it hears, The Fabiani's and Richardson's of this process have been vociferous in all this and given the writers something to talk/spin about. ESK not so much. And or a guy who is ultra competitive and is a cut throat in business, I don't see this anyway other than it's already written for Rams to CoC in 16.

It's ridiculous.

There is really nothing they don't know right now about the projects now that would prevent a decision. We know the Inglewood deal is the best project and the most solid project out there. As for the limitations about timing..I believe they were talking about a November decision months ago...and then a Feb decision.Were the realities of offended fanbases, or overshadowing the Super Bowl in the Bay Area, or the "heart" of ticket selling in March not known in the begionning of 2015? Was it just a game to add pressure to move the process along, and now we are at the point of decision, they want to put it off a year...BULL*HIT! Decide!

A decision in early January last week of regular season wildcard weekend would not overshadow the SuperBowl. the next meeting in December may be key where Stan can say look my permits to build will be ready in two weeks, I have given you almost a year. My stadium will provide leverage for the Chargers and Raiders and I will offer generous lease terms to whomever wants to join me. The Carson project has so many potential nightmare scenarios in terms of environmental questions and does the NFL really want two teams in hock to Goldman Sachs. Will the Chargers be more profitable in Carson will the debt load required to make it happen or coming to Inglewood as my tenant with a generous lease?
