It's halfway through the season and we've seen the change in Goff. In this new system we see his skill set and maturation. He also appears confident and calm (as much as can be perceived through the eye test). So what do the numbers tell us?

First off, as a team the Rams (#5 rushing/#9 passing) (and Saints; #7, #4) are the only two teams with top 10 passing AND rushing offenses.

Goff

He's #9 in passing yards (though Stafford will bump him down to #10). Still not too shabby.
He's #1 in yards per attempt @8.3 tied with 2 others (you can say Bradford leads them all but 1 game?).
He's #1 in yards per completion @ 13.8.
He's 9th in rating @ 97.9
He's tied for 7th in TDs (13)
Only 5 QBs with 100 attempts have less INTs
He's tied for 3rd in 20 yard + pass plays (33)
He's tied for 2nd in 40 yard + pass plays (7)

Now his help (besides the OL)?

Gurley is #4 in rushing yards (686)....***199 less than last year***
He's #1 (tied with Zeke) in rushing TD's (7).
He's #1 in total TDs (10).
He's got 1024 yards from scrimmage #2 (Hunt is #1 @ 1131 but he's played 9 games)
He's #1 in yards from scrimmage per game (128)
He's tied for 14th in 20 yard + runs with 3**** (which ought to say how good he's run to be #4 in rushing yards)

Goff's receivers?

Robert Woods is 29th with 451 receiving yards
Kupp is #49 with 370
Gurley is #57 with 338
Watkins is #60 with 331
Everett is #127 with 198
Higbee is #140 with 187

He's distributed the ball all around.

McVay has used everybody.
