Funny you bring this up. We watch so little TV now that we didn't even know the Cards had tanked until I heard about it from Dick Gephardt (former StL Congressman & Presidential Candidate) the day after the game. In some bizarre twist of fate I ran into him at a Coffee house in NorCal Wine Country. I went up to him and said something stupid like "hey, where do I recognize you from?" Anyway, I don't think he was too happy about his Cards.

But yes, me and the little guy are already planning trips down south to see the games. I figure he'll be 7 or 8 when the new stadium goes live, and there are several flights a day to LA from the tiny airport that we are close to. My guess is that the shuttle will take around 10-mins from LAX to the stadium. I would hope we can fly down pre-game and return post game. Can't wait.

I almost can't wait until December to see if ESK's big hole actually starts happening. Last game on StL home schedule, or waiting for an approving nod from NFL, or or waiting to see what he can get in StL??? I dun't know anymore and as StL checks their boxes in pencil, they are edging closer to making the league decision more difficult. AAUGH

I think he lives up here now, at least part time. I didn't ask. But I actually passed him on the road this morning, so I don't think he is living very far from me. I'll ask next time I run into him, which I think is likely.
