That's how their doing it in Santa Clara. So yeah, in a lot of ways, the Inglewood stadium will pay for itself whereas in St. Louis Kroenke is being asked to pay for part of a stadium he won't own. That's what doesn't add up... Money he wouldn't even begin to sniff in St Louis, even if he did own everything there, which he wont. The ROI in Inglewood justifies the cost and then some (since Kroenke is apparently willing to spend hundreds of millions more to get it done) where the ROI in St Louis really doesn't look that good at all, even if Kroenke was paying a lot less. It's good PR to move numbers around as the Task Force did, but Kroenke and the NFL aren't stupid, they see through that. by OldSchool 9 years 8 months ago Total posts: 1750 Joined: Jun 09 2015 LA Coliseum Pro Bowl Re: inglewood stadium POST #4 Between naming rights and PSL the stadium will be at least half paid for. Events outside the NFL in the first 3 years should pay for the majority of the rest. Add to that the prestige of having NFL west HQ and NFL Network studios and the draw to this area will be insane. by Hacksaw 9 years 8 months ago Total posts: 24523 Joined: Apr 15 2015 AT THE BEACH Moderator Re: inglewood stadium POST #5 The guys in StL mention that they were not intending to compete with LA as that is impossible. they were going to cut a StL sized slice.
