Fisher needs more Offensive coaching help, imo.

Gurley will change up the offense, but we might need some more coaching help to get where we need to be. I'm not sure Cig is the head we need on this.

Think like a Norv Turner, or else with our talent on Offense. We need some better coaching on O.

I'm not opposed to the Rams getting a more established OC but I'm not a fan of Turner at all. What OC wouldn't have excelled with those Dallas teams and what is Turner doing now? I don't seem him as significantly better than what the Rams have been doing.

At this stage of the season, I'm prepared to give Cignetti more time. IMO, it looks like he's getting more out of Austin than anyone else has and hopefully it means he's growing as an OC too.

I'm using Norv as a current ref to O. I think he's smart. However, I am not suggesting Rams hire him specifically. An offensive mind: fill in your favorite. No need to discount the one I randomly picked.

Cig is doing much better than our past. However, let's see how he fixes todays mistakes v Packers next week. If he is a diamond in the rough...then Hell yeah.

I think the point was we need stronger OC than Fisher can give. If Cig is up to then, ok. If not, we need a good OC.

At this point my Christmas list is small and yet a very big list. A division championship, or a consolation of the best division recotd.

Fisher tweet last season: "Yeah, it is remarkable what he’s (Quick's) overcome. The damage he sustained to his shoulder was significant and there was some talk early on that it might’ve been career ending, and that he might not have been able to come back."

"He just kept fighting through each stage of the rehab, one week after the next, and he kept getting better. We sent him back down to see Dr. James Andrews and he was amazed at his progress. So he’s not there yet, you can tell. We’re keeping him off the ground, but he’s running. He’s still got a little bit of motion and flexibility to work on and some strength. But by all means, we expect him to be back. It was a pretty impressive off season of rehab that he committed to and that he got from our medical staff."

Seems like Quick was severely injured. It could have been more than structural. His fight is admirable. Gotta like that.
The kid is big and fast for his size and the good news is that he had his legs so he could stay in shape.
I have a feeling that his recovery just isn't as done as they had hoped.

I'd love to be wrong though and hope we trot him out at Lambeau to foil GB's game plan for our receivers. Just keep bringing in a new weapon every week so that the DC's can't game plan us. lol

Gurley does change the dynamic significantly. If he starts putting up 100+ yrd games consistently, then our passing attack could get quite interesting. I can't wait to see Quick get involved again.

Obviously any team that has a RB putting up 100+ each week would experience a boost in overall production but while I see Cook, Kendricks and Britt as borderline average, Bailey, Austin and (what we suppose he'll be)Quick would be a formidable receiving corps for Foles.

Although Quick has been a big disappointment to me, if he can do what he was doing just before he got injured, it will be enough to give Foles an option on that side of the field.

I think Britt is playing injured. Looked like he got banged up pretty bad in the Steeler game. The announcers mentioned he was fighting an injury prior to that hit. In the long view I don't see him being the answer as our #1 WR in our offense. Maybe Quick will return to what we saw early last season..
