This team is going to have a tough time against GB and AZ. We were all figuring around 2-3 or 3-2 best case before the bye. We're right on pace. Gotta beat Pitt though!!

This is what I think which is why I'm so pissed - though apparently infinitely less than Chris Long. And I blame Fisher. A natural let down was not unlikely after the Seattle game but this team is nowhere near good enough to go through the motions and win. In fact, it's other teams that can go through the motions and beat the Rams - sometimes. Fisher needed to find a way to make this game huge for his team and he failed miserably.

There's no way in hell they're winning 2 of next 3 games. And our secondary will be up against it against the Steelers.

Even during the game today when he split 2 sacks, one with Donald and one with Fairley?

I'm not surprised with all the upsets and up and down play by teams across the league. Training camp these days are a joke. Due to the last CBA agreement, teams have little time to get ready for real games. Coaches can't even talk to players until TC, no more two-a-days. Its like they're still figuring things out 3 weeks into the season.

bubba brings up a good point. And the lack of preparedness is going to affect the lesser talented teams and new / younger squads who don't have the mileage.
SoCal 78 we only need one out of 3 to reach our worse case scenario. We have Pitt at home, and they aren't looking like world beaters. After this weeks meltdown by the Rams, that embarrassment should pump them up in front of the home crowd. (assuming the home crowd attends)

So Pitt has displayed balanced scoring and doing it in less time than their opponents. They appear stout against the run and are capable of pounding the rock at a higher YPC than their opponent. Their secondary is allowing the points more then their front 7.

Offensively they are playing decent football.
