Ha! This is great.

Would love to see this kind of policy implemented in the NFL.

Elvis wrote:The overwhelming majority of fans at the game were Rams fans, like maybe 70k to 10k.

But this is L.A.: A city of transplants that hasn't had a home team in 21 years playing in a stadium that holds over 80k people.

There have been a lot of fans for the visiting team every game we've played, and there will be for at least the 3 years we're playing in the Coliseum...

THIS

We were loud for 3.5 quarters. There was nothing for US to get loud about the last 6 minutes. And all the remaining Fins fans made noise - as they should.

This is fisherball. And we aren't going to take it for much longer.

Expect to see more and more visiting fans if this hot garbage continues.

Whether or not he would do so in LA I believe would first have to become some kind of market research study. What is over looked here is Stan is first and foremost a businessman. So he plays all the business angles. An the unseen diamond in the rough is visiting ticket sales. He has placed billions of dollars down for the LA market. An because you have the transient nature of LA it increases the reality of returning your capital and your return on investment faster. In many NFL cities the opposing fan base has to take a road trip.

LA is much different ya have the opposing fan base as a already built in, which adds to the exponential factor of seeing your capital returned and the free cash flow much faster. So I don't believe he would make any such decision after first seeing what market research is showing him.

Which we will have a inkling of once he opens his stadium cause between now and then they will continue to research and analyse. Then of course implement any findings in his own stadium.

However appeasing the opposing fan base is more important in a place like LA since your customer base is made up much more from both sides of the aisle since it is a built in nature of that market.

I met several Dolphin fans who were all cool. They also all live in LA and were already Dolphin fans - they say they will root for Rams when Miami isn't playing there. I expect part of that transition will be whether or not the Rams are worth supporting, which so far they have not been except to us who already love them.

I was at the game and the first thing I noticed was lots of Dolphins jerseys. That's what happens when you let each deposit holder buy 8 tickets. They keep 2 and sell six.

We wish Fisher would get fired, but there is talk of an extension. Yes, Stan Kronke may extend Jeff Fisher. That is scary.

Anyone who would seriously consider giving Fish a extension should under go the Salem witch trials to see if they are in league with the devil.

I'm sure plenty of folks did that, not me. I bought 8 and use 8. People really have to remember a couple things. First, we have TONS of transplants. This is no different from when I watched the Rams in the 80's in Anaheim. Most folks I know are not natives, and kept their allegiances when they moved here. Also, not having a team for 21 years led a lot of folks, especially younger ones to adopt a team from elsewhere.

Yes ticket scalping will happen, as will agencies buying them up in the first place. I thought 8 was a little excessive, but it is what it is.

Honestly, all the Phins fans I met live in Los Angeles and are only Dolphin fans because LA has had no team. We have tons of them local here.

I'm happy they came. What woulda been awesome is IF THE RAMS HAD BEEN A GOOD TEAM TO WATCH. Woulda grabbed a buncha home town fans.

This is on Fisher. It is absolutely NOT on the Phins fans at our game. Invite someone to a party and be a bad host: that's on you.
