As to Carson---Ernie still watching the gate at the landfill where the black ooze is still bubbling up, Mayor Robles being investigated and Jim Dear is running for mayor again.

The way Fish is playing certain rookies you have to wonder but it is starting to look like the kid could be a bit flimsy.
