We all remember the horse latitudes in which we were adrift during the Linehan, Spagnuolo, Fisher tenures. 11 years; 54 wins. Zero winning seasons. But they were sandwiched by a pretty good run from 2000-2005 under Martz and 2017-2024 under McVay. 14 years, 137 wins. Ten winning seasons. The longer McVay is around the further away the horse latitudes become in the mirror. Been following the horns since the Coliseum had a Roman playing there. McVay: 77-49, 2 Superbowls, 1 Lombardi............Doubt at your own peril 1 by Elvis 2 days 17 minutes ago Total posts: 41468 Joined: Mar 28 2015 Los Angeles Administrator Re: Rams last quarter century POST #2 RedAlice, PARAM, Flash and 1 others liked this post And before '99, you have to go back to '89 for a Rams winning season. I thought that 9 year stretch was brutal until the Spags/Linehan/Fisher years came along teaching me what the word brutal really meant... You pick a team and suddenly hate other teams, hate the fans of other teams. Violence between fans is common. Why? It's ridiculous.
