The McVay's are expecting their 2nd son. This is just a nice interview with Sean and he really seems to be in a good place. Love our coach.

Love that this is more about team building than work. Its like a work vacation that I recently had in Vegas. 8-)

That being said, McVay sounded a little bit concerned for Alaric Jackson as a person and a player.

I'm hoping they can get this under control and he's back soon. The most important priority is his health.

Congrats on the 2nd kid. Am i a bad person for wondering when the due date is in relation to the SB?

(Maybe they already joked about that in the video, haven't watched it yet.)
