Happened mid April. So the weather was still cool and nice. I did ask whether they would have a problem with the heat, being in the Valley. They mentioned that it is a concern, but Coach claims the winds at Cal Lutheran was way worse than any heat they might face at the new facility. No McVay or the players there when I was there... just Reggie and lots of Season Ticket member reps.

Absolutely, I couldn't agree with you more.

Kroenke knows how to promote his brand. Snead and McVay are superstars in the NFL. The Rams are a team other franchises aspire to be, hence the annual poaching of their staff. That is perhaps the greatest validation of the Rams organization.

Maybe its the camera angle, but he looks like a dwarf compared to Fiske. And Fiske isn't as tall as the edge guys.
