For anyone trying to get tix for game in London:
Received an e-mail from Rams this morning that as a STM the presale was available for the London game but it wouldn't be connected to usual Rams / Ticketmaster account. You would have to sign up for Jaguars account, etc.
I did that but was having trouble where after I signed up the site would say tickets were not available.
Then got another email from Rams hours later that there had been an issue with the original presale link but new one was now working. Tried it and still had trouble.
After messing around on the site for awhile....finally found a link that worked. Here it is in case it might be useful to anyone ! https://jaguars.co.uk/

Clearly there are issues. Rams just sent this email:

The Jacksonville Jaguars and the ticketing company operating the presale for the Rams vs. Jaguars game at Wembley Stadium have continued to experience issues with the platform and all active presales, including the Rams Season Ticket Member presale. To rectify the issue, all previously shared presale links have been disabled, and a new link has been created.
