Sure, the first half they struggled mightily. But the defense sure improved down the stretch. CB's were a part of that equation. Besides, who really thinks a rookie or two was gonna make an impact this season? If they drafted a couple chances are they would not be starting. Or seeing much playing time. The strength of this defense is the front line. All the DB's need to do is hold coverage just long enough to let the line pressure the quarterback. I'm not worried. If I'm the Rams I sit down with Stafford and ask just how long does he think he can play. He's still got an elite arm. Its not like he relies on his legs anyway. I always said I believe he'll finish out his contract. Who knows, could be even longer. I agree with Colin Cowherd. Run with Stafford as long as you can. Use the premium picks for a tackle and defensive back. Maybe they can build something special for a few more years. 2 Reply 3 / 3 1 3 Display: All posts1 day7 days2 weeks1 month3 months6 months1 year Sort by: AuthorPost timeSubject Sort by: AscendingDescending Jump to: Forum Rams/NFL Other Sports Rams Fans United Q&A's Board Business
