Is it because of continuity from year to year.....Snead > McVay > Scouting......that the Rams find players in the late round and as UDFA's who contribute to the roster being complete? There is a certain type they are looking for beyond the measurables and performance from top to bottom. They seem to require a certain attitude towards football that is imperative to be a Ram.

I could care less about his overall speed. He has excellent short area quickness.
I think he makes the team and get some plays. He is another cerebral player that gets open and runs great routes.
