Every draft is crazy this one too. And often the pre draft speculation is a lot wilder than the draft itself but I could realistically see anywhere from 1 to 4 QBs going in the 1st round...

I think the NFL has become such an exaggerated what-have-you-done-for-me-lately league, where head coaches are given 3 years (or less) to do something big and GMs don't last very much longer with failure. Also being a QB-driven league, it's imperative they get the next big QB star and so they'll reach. I could see 1 going in the first IF they all came to their senses but I'd lean more towards 3 or 4. It's also a monkey see-monkey do league so if somebody gets desperate and grabs one early, it causes desperation with the other QB needy teams and like dominos they fall. Reach, reach, reach.......

An amusing aside, though QB related. Cowherd said, "Purdy getting 55 mil from SF?. They'll be doing cartwheels in L.A.!!! A lot less money for the other moving parts of the roster. The Rams be like, "you're overpaying Purdy and losing other guys while we have Stafford and an awesome roster? Yeah! "
