I can’t say but I also never heard he was ever willing to do that.

As Safer said, he got a solid contract from Seattle.

I just showed you a quote by Kupp saying he asked McVay if there was anything he could do to stay with the Rams and McVay said no.

On the one hand i'm rooting for Kupp, love the guy, incredible Ram, SB MVP for crying outloud. I want him to do well.

On the other hand, i want the Rams to be smart and right with their personnel decisions.

It's a bit of a pickle...

A lot of this has to do with timing. I know McVay likely said this but as I recall the horse was out of the barn and headed out of town. I don’t see how this implies any effort Kupp made to stay in LA. Again, this is an opinion forum and like butt holes everybody’s got one and everyone thinks theirs doesn’t stink. IMHO I think Kupp felt the best he could get was a 1 yr deal in LA at 7-10 mil and his agent said I can get you 45 mil. Pissed for the obvious disrespect but glad to get paid..again. MY OPINION, quoting no article. I have no receipts. I thought when you wrote something on a sports forum it was a given it was that person’s OPINION. I just want to be clear. 😝

Everyone says your opinion stinks ... Or is yours an exception?

there have been many great football players who went from Elite to Done, as result of a career ending injury.

But I cant think of another player who fell from Elite to Meh, after suffering non-career ending injury, harder and faster than CK. Truly terrible luck for the Rams.

Hey, I resemble that remark. Of course mine’s the exception. You must mean those other guys.

An opinion that is contrary to the known facts isn't worth much.

Sure...you're welcome to say "in my opinion, Aaron Donald retired because Sean McVay wouldn't let him play QB," but don't be surprised when you're asked for a source and then critiqued for not having one.

That Donald story is true, by the way, as far as you know.

In what respect would I know AD wanted to play QB? Seems like more BS from you.
