Demoff has always been Kroenke's right hand man since he assumed majority ownership. There can be no denying he approves of the job Demoff has done.

I might be imagining things but seems like we've seen more of Josh Kroenke these last couple years. Stan isn't getting any younger...

Demoff's been fine, aside from his miss on the uniforms and helmets of course. Otherwise, fine.

Not sure I like the Rams increasing his responsibility.

Let him focus on the Rams and and hire others to deal with the rest of his teams.

Can't argue with the level he's brought to the Rams since they came back to LA. I just want him focused on that one task instead of the Nuggets or other things.

Most likely he's taking a promotion and has others to delegate responsibility. Let's hope there's no drop off. Especially with respect to the Rams.

If he lets the football people make football decisions they should be just fine. As long as he doesn't turn into another Zygmunt and think he's qualified to make personnel decisions with player acquisitions.

Sounds like a promotion to keep him. Promote him and give him a raise to do stuff he's probably already doing. Buss tried to do that but he wasn't a good judge of character. Jerry had too many issues personally. His daughter was running things long before she "officially" took over.

Professional sports team owners seem like a very weird bunch. The best know how and to whom to delegate the grunt work to and it allows them to focus upon the more strategic decisions. Hard to argue with Stan's success. He has a winner in Snead and allows him a lot of latitude. Snead seems very focused which is why he meshes with McVay so well. Bidwell and the Yorks seem like control freaks. IMO micro management rarely works long term.

As Kroenke gets older, you have to assume his sone will get more involved and probably be the owner at some point, really have no idea if that will be a good thing or a bad thing. But seems like it will be a thing.

There was something last year about McVay and Josh Kroenke doing something together, maybe Aresenal related, i forget.
