But I'm realistic enough to know the only thing that matters is to win it all. Just look at the Chiefs last year. That SB beat down has been reverberating ever since. This year feels in many ways line 2021 with huge hopes with Stafford joining the team. This is a better team now than then. They are setup for long term success not just an all or nothing one time run. You look at this roster and what I see is a team that is going to be in contention for multiple years. IMO the only thing that will derail this run will be injuries.Last year IMO the weather beat the Rams. The Eagles are a damn good team, their blowout of KC was no fluke. That said they got lucky with the weather. A week later and IMO the Rams beat them. The Rams are going to be tougher this year because of the experience. An acquaintance who is a life long Eagles fan (who also makes the best Philly steak sandwiches I've ever had) told me that still the only team that the Eagles are really concerned about are the Rams. If the weather is good for the Rams, i.e. early in the season, it's going to be a brawl. The Lions are reloading and how good they will be is still to be seen. Eagles, Rams and Lions look like the top teams in the NFC. The Commanders can be dangerous but just to what degree remains to be seen. That said their GM is came from the Niners organization during their heyday as a SB favorite in the NFC. So it shows that winning franchises all have good people in their FO. Adam Peters knows how to build a championhip caliber roster.Ozzie Newsome formerly of the Ravens, was viewed as one of the top GMs in the NFL. He built a winning franchise and hand picked and groomed his successor. It's why they have continued to be a top franchise. It's no coincidence that both the Niners and Rams are continually raided for their FO people. by PARAM 2 days 7 hours ago Total posts: 12992 Joined: Jul 15 2015 Just far enough North of Philadelphia Hall of Fame 2025 Season Win Totals POST #14 Gareth wrote:My guess is 9.5That seems like an accurate line to take the over.
