On the NFL HOF site,

They still have the useless Howard Balzer as the RAMs supporter.

Then I go look at his X site, and I see nothing mentioned about Holt.

That page looks stale. Copyright 2021.

Balzer's not from this shithole any more. He escaped from this dump during COVID and covers the Arizona Cardinals now.

And I thought as part of that move he stopped pleading Holt's HOF case a few years ago.

I remember when the rams first moved back,
If I'm not mistaken, it was Bill Plaschke for one year,
but since he didn't know about the RAMs from STL time frame,
they change it to Balzer.
So, as of right now, the RAMs don't have anyone representing them, I'm guessing.

I think TH will get screwed again for next year selection.

Because you'll have Drew Brees & Larry Fitzgerald first time eligible.

And I have the funny feeling, the both of them will get in.

Larry Fitzgerald has better career stat numbers,

So, it will make Holts numbers look like not so good.

He Got screwed and should have been added into the top five for the 2025.

I just found out,
Holt made it to the top 10,

First three cut from top 10,
DB/Darren Woodson, OL/Jahri Evans & OL/Marshal Yanda

then made it to the top 7 then cut,
WR/Torry Holt, OT/Willie Anderson, MLB/Luke Longley & K/Adam Vinatieri

It should have been Holt and Anderson for the last two spots.

I was just looking at the first time eligible for the HOF.

Drew Brees 13PB/1AP/1SB Second in career passing yards
Larry Fitzgerald 11PB/1AP Second in career rec yards
Jason Witten 11PB/2AP Second as a TE in career rec yards.

I feel all three will make it in as first time eligibles.
All three on the offense side of the ball.

So, it just gives Torry Holt less of a chance for getting in 2026.
He got screwed by the sportswriter committee by not selecting him for 2025,
when they only selected 3 players and could have selected up to 5 players.

Torry Holt 7PB/ 1AP/ 1SB, HOF All team 2000s,
Got snubbed in 2002 for a PB,
because they had to pick one player from every team back then,
he should have 8PB!!!

Made eight straight years with over 1,000yds, for a 11,076yds total,
more than Rice, Owens, Moss, Harrison during those 8 years between 2000 to 2007,
All HOFers!

At the same time, had to share targets with Bruce/HOF,
Marshall Faulk/HOF, Az Hakim, & Ricky Proehl during the GSOT time frame,
which gave him less targets and yardage because of those great players we had on our team!!!

In my eyes, he is a HOF!!!

Jeff Fisher won 7, 7, 6, 7, 4 in his 5 seasons with the Rams. One and two win seasons were under Linehan and Spagnuolo. We did have the number two pick that year. But even if we had number one I think they were still committed to Bradford. If they wanted a quarterback Robert Griffin III was there for them. Instead they traded down for more picks.
